Error adding a Blogger widget from url source

I 
read https://developers.google.com/blogger/docs/gadgets/gadgets_for_blogger#ExampleGadget 
content.

I put the example file into my web hosting. Public, avaliable. 
When i try to add from url it always show that error: "Lo sentimos, este 
gadget parece no funcionar.
Este gadget tiene errores y no se puede utilizar hasta que se solucionen. Más 
información <http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?answer=98380>"

I try also with minimum conten, as a very basic test with this content into 
xml file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<Module>
  <ModulePrefs title="Test" height="350" />
  <Content type="html">
  <![CDATA[
  <div id="test">Test</div>]]>
  </Content>
</Module>

And doesn't work.

Can anyone tell me why i cannot run any example from developers guide?
