I resolved this issue myself.
This problem can be also resolved by changing some script.
<script language='javascript' type='text/javascript'>
setTimeout(function() {
blogger.ui().configure().view();
}, 0);
</script>
</body>
</html>
<script language='javascript' type='text/javascript'>
setTimeout(function() {
blogger.ui().configure().view();
}, 1000);
</script>
</body>
</html>
*This problem was the same kind with any failing to load properly..*
