My blog is not working properly! HELP!

There something wrong with my blog. Even after I signed in again and again 
my blog still appear to me as the picture below when it's suppose to show 
otherwise  (the comparison are shown in the picture). I tried to sent 
Google feedback to fix this issue but it keep asking me to sign in, which I 
already did but the pop-up of Google feedback that is suppose to appear 
afterwards didn't seem to appear. So I can't send a feedback.

Please help me fix this issue. I had just finish designing this new blog of 
mine and haven't started on a post and this happened.
