All my blogs got deleted without any Warning and id also got suspended.

I am old blogger user and my entire team have been working on so many blogs.

I just get this message on my gmail id Hello, We'd like to inform you that 
we've received multiple complaints about an administrator on the blog (
http://temps4u.blogspot.com/) for repeated violations of our Terms of 
Service. Consequently, we have removed the blog. Thank you for your 
understanding. -The Blogger Team

for all my blogs and then

I didn't get any warning email or anything for my blogger or i would have 
done the thing earlier

We have been working on blogs for the past 3 years and this is iTerms of 
Service <http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/terms/>njustified that 
everything got removed so quickly without anywarning therefore i request 
you to kindly remove the deletition for my blogs and then i will do changes 
according to your needs.
