Search/GetByPath call ignores fetchImages parameters

Currently the search and getbypath endpoint of the Blogger API ignores the 
fetchImages parameter, therefore the image array can't be retrieved for 
posts received through these endpoinst.
The fetchImages parameter works perfectly for the list and get endpoints 
(altough it is undocumented for some).
