Re: try to get blog's infomation but api response "404 not found"

Hi Justin,

The issue here is that the RSS feed for that blog is turned off, and thus
API access is blocked for non authors/owners. I've put a request into the
engineering team to have Blog Details still return details in this case,
but no promises as to when it will be fixed. Thanks for the report!
