Blogger v3 API comment "status" not working

Anyone?? Are there any google/blogger developers who could look into this and see why the comment status is not working? There is virtually no help or documentation on this API. Been trying to finish up an app for six months now and this is seriously holding us up. Everything looks fine on our end but the API is not doing what it's supposed to. To test this, just create some comments that are awaiting moderation and try the test console as I mentioned above (status-pending).
