I am getting a gcloud.init error due to not finding git but git is in path for win 7 64bit

I recently enabled Google Developers Console and established repo at GitHub. When I run gcloud.init I get following error (see picture) <https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-8Z4VuhQg4Dk/U5I1zcY6nRI/AAAAAAAAB0c/Hk3lCvXGDyM/s1600/gcloud-error.PNG> I have Git installed and it is in my Environment Path (see picture) <https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-SRiTbPp0pFU/U5I2KfpHjnI/AAAAAAAAB0o/DdSixppSYe0/s1600/current-path.PNG> I have Stackoverflow but have not posted question there due to site crashing whlie researching problem. I will post there as well in hopes of resolution when they come back up. Does anyone have any suggestions or a resolution?
