I am getting a gcloud.init error due to not finding git but git is in path for win 7 64bit

I recently enabled Google Developers Console and established repo at 
GitHub. When I run gcloud.init I get following error (see picture)

I have Git installed and it is in my Environment Path (see picture)

I have Stackoverflow but have not posted question there due to site 
crashing whlie researching problem. I will post there as well in hopes of 
resolution when they come back up.
Does anyone have any suggestions or a resolution?
