Blogger photo from former owner of blog

I have searched this board but I cannot find a solution to this.  The 
former owner of my company blog will not release the blog linked to his 
Google+ account.  Is there any way to have his photo linked to his google 
plus profile from the blog?  http://azimuthrisk.blogspot.com/  The 
individual in the photo is no longer connected with the company.
