Blogger "Name/Url" feature used to pose as another person

Hi, my girlfriend has a blog for some years now. She is quite active in the
blogging community, but she ran into a problem today that I believe it is a
problematic feature in blogger, and therefore I want to report it.

Somebody started posting bad comments in other blogs as if it was her using
the "Name/Url" feature. The name used was her profile name, and it
redirected to her profile page. I know that it is still an anonymous
comment, and her profile picture doesn't appear, but at first glance,
people don't notice that. Also, by what she tells me, in the comment
approval page, nothing warns the moderator that the comment is anonymous
and no profile picture is shown (not even the anonymous person picture).

This situation causes confusion in those who read these comments, and leads
others to believe that the comments made by this "pranker" are her's....

So, is there a way that this function can be removed? Or at least, require
some kind of registration to be used...

PS: Is there a way to track who made this comments in her name?

Thank you,
Carlos Braga
