Here is an extra information i have just noticed.. This error occurs only when the module imports opensocial-0.7 or opensocial-0.8 in the XML as *<Require feature="opensocial-0.8" />* If you create an opensocial-0.9 gadget, the preview frame is loaded under HTTPS, as it should be. But if you use opensocial-0.8, the module frame is loaded under HTTP, which causes the protocol security error. But still, the further problem here is; opensocial-0.9 is not well implemented by blogger. I encountered 404 errors on RPC data requests when i upgraded to v0.9.
