Blogger post limit (403) error

Hello Blogger's Developers, I am owner of Modakulvar.com website and using Google Blogger infrastructure for newest RSS readers and the social sharings. The blogger uri is http://moda-kulvar.blogspot.com. But i have a problem, I am using Google API V3 and returning this message : [message] => (403) Rate Limit Exceeded. How can I solve this problem? I need now (10 days) to 1440 (1 older post in 1 minute) entries per day but then needing 100 ~ 150 posting limit per day.
