Can't process my blog - Please help

Hello there, I do not know where to turn to. I have 3 blogs. On my profile I see only the 2 of them. The 3rd one I can enter it as a visitor but I can not post or process anything through my computer. I only can post to it through my mobile blogger app. Does anynone know what might happen or what can I do?
