Publishing blogs on my reading lists to other social channels

Hoping someone can help.  Our school has blogs on blogger for each of the 
year groups, but the parents are finding it difficult to stay up to date 
with them as it is a "pull" messaging system, and they don't want to have 
to keep checking it.  We have a Facebook Group page for all of the parents 
though.  How can I automate the blog to publish in the Facebook feed?  I 
have it on my reading list, but it won't let me reblog or republish to 
another channel, so I'm doing the old copy/paste trick :o  Any help would 
be appreciated.
