Temporary raise of importing limit

Hi,

I am trying to import an old blog into blogger. The old blog is in html but 
I am developing a custom python script that generates a proper .xml file. I 
am using a trial&error approach since documentation about the exact xml 
format isn't accurate enough and the parser is not only very picky but the 
import form doesn't provide error messages instead it hangs and stays 
"writing posts" infinitely.

Anyway, I looked at the API 
(https://developers.google.com/blogger/docs/3.0/reference/posts) and also 
generated an export file of another blog and used it as a reference. I 
managed to manually create a valid .xml that was successfully imported, but 
it fails when I try to import the script-generated .xml. I have the 
suspition that it may be a problem with spaces and newlines. However, I 
cannot try again because I reached the importing limit (Error message, 
something like "You have reached the maximum number of imports". I don't 
have the exact message in English since it is printed in Catalan). Problem 
is not the size of the file, I am importing a single small test post right 
now.

Is there a way to raise this limit temporaly? Otherwise, I have to wait 24 
hours to perform the next round of trial&error attempts (not many, only 5 
or 6 are allowed)... Else, can you point to me to a precise description of 
what does the parser accept?
