Blogger security and impersonation

Unfortunately, I do not see any possibility to contact developers of
blogger that is why I am posting my request and question here. The option
of report has only tick boxes that does not give you a chance to write a
text message and explain the circumstances. Somebody created an account on
my behalf and posts humiliating, offensive and discriminative information
about me with inclusion of all of my personal and professional contacts
info. I do not have control over the information posted. I have sent a
request to the blogger team [9-6229000005458] to report about
impersonalization and posting my private photos with offensive content
written on it including my professional and personal contacts and remove
this page. Bloggers team told me that this is not in violation of their
policies that is why they are unable to remove this information from
blogger. I strongly disagree with this decision because this page was
created on my behalf but I don't have control over it. It contains all of
my personal data and contact details including my professional info as well
information about my personal life. The content shared on the blogpost is
offensive, discriminative and humiliating. The photos were taken from my
facebook account that was recently hacked. Taking into consideration very
traditionalist country that I live in this kind of offensive and
humiliating information about individual as a woman can cause threat to my
life and dignity. That is why I am strongly asking the bloggers team to
reconsider its decision, to remove the page, and not let the
impersonalization happen and affect my safety and security.
