How to delete a blog with an already deleted email address

Hi All, I need help in deleting or atleast recovering my access of a blog under my name. Apparently it was with an already deleted gmail address. When i try to retrieve the account, i get below error message :'( "This account was deleted and is no longer recoverable." However, the blog under my name is still searchable in the internet. I want to delete it and create a new one. Can anyone help me with this?Please?
