Hi Jamshaid, I think what you're wanting is the 'Link List' gadget. Add one from the Layouts tab. Also, if you have pages in your blog, you can add arbitrary links to the Pages List widget amongst the pages links - see https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/165955?hl=en. Hope that helps!
