.com and .in are they the same blogs?

My blog's url is: http://incomeready.blogspot.com/. When I used that url on my smartphone, I was redirected to: http://incomeready.blogspot.in/ I am confused because the real ur, the first one, is tied to adsense account. Does the second one belong to me? Is someone trolling me? By the way, why should the ingenious and fascinating developers at google and blogger allow anyone to troll another blog? Please, can you help bring down my blood pressure and tell me if the .in belongs to me or to someone else who smarter than I am obviously.
