Including a pop-up that describes a word using Google's Define:, thesaurus and dictionary and other technical references

It would be excellent if blogger could have a standard menu item that when 
I hover over a word it gives me the option to be provided a definition from 
Google's Define:, thesaurus, dictionary, Google translate and other 
technical references.

With reference to referring to technical references, it would be optimum if 
it refers to a well written synopsis that refers to a complete, 
KEEP-IT-SIMPLE explanation of technical information. I am sure Google will 
find ways to get its increasing returns to scale from this as well eg 
Google translate.
