CSS styles not showing/loading

So I'm a web developer and currently saw that my templates are looking 
different when I try to save them. Basically the css style is not loading 
(according to Firebug) which is weird because I copied exactly the same 
template code I had before.

SAME template but with errors showing up: http://testsbygb.blogspot.com

I didn't did any changes on my settings recently.
