I apologize for you being affected by this shutdown. We announced our intention 
to shutdown three years ago

followed up by putting warnings atop all of our auth documentation 
<https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/OAuth_ref>, and finally 
issued both a Google+ post

Developers blogpost 
<http://googledevelopers.blogspot.com/2015/04/a-final-farewell-to-clientlogin-oauth.html>. 
I will push a new round of API keys shortly.

For what it's worth, our Blogger API v2 should continue to work as is, all 
you have to do is upgrade to OAuth2.0.
