A basic question about Blogger v3 API through Google script editor

I know this is a very basic question and I am sure it’s asked before 
someone out here can guide me about the resources preferably code same 
which works with a little modification. I have recently started working 
with Google spreadsheet and App scripts, it’s a great way to doing things 
and I’d like to extend my understanding about how API integration is made 
through Google script.

Basically, I want to insert posts at by Blogger account using the 
spreadsheet, the script should collect title, content and label from 
spreadsheet and post it at my blogger account. I know how to access 
spreadsheet through script however I don’t understand the API thing and 
OAuth 2.0, its complicated for me at the moment and I would highly 
appreciate if someone out here can share a piece of code and offer little 
brief about how to make it happen. I’ve read hundreds of articles and the 
repositories however couldn’t get through.
