Either wait, or submit them in 
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals 
and perhaps wait a little less.

Or don't remove them, but create new empty*  or private blogs at all the 
old addresses, 
if you don't want anyone else being able to reuse the addresses. 

* With links to the current URLs.
