HOW CAN I EDIT MY WEBSITE FOR ADSENSE?

*As shown above is the page that until now **I am still trying to figure 
out on how can I edit the URL opposite "My website".*

*I am confused because the instruction above states :*

*"If your application was not accepted due to issues with your website, 
please make sure that you have resolved them before resubmitting."*


*But how can I resolve the issue if I cannot edit the URL for "My website".*


*There is no problem with the "Content language" because it can be edited.*


*I already sent several messages to GOOGLE via "Complain to blogger" but 
until now I am still waiting in vain.*


*There are several INSTRUCTIONS and GUIDELINES from GOOGLE or BLOGSPOT 
which are very confusing and very difficult to follow.*


*I just do hope that I can edit my URL soon...*
