Blogger API Quota Request

Does anyone know how to apply for a higher quota for Blogger API v3? The request form says that the request process is offline and it has been this way for a while now. We are currently using the API to pull data from our blog but I'm afraid that the quota is too low for our needs and I'm afraid we will be going over the limits soon.
