Opt in box wont stop

I put an opt in box from mail chimp in my side bar. My viewers have been reporting the opt in box freezing when them come to my blog and not being about to see the blog at all - I erased the opt in code from the gadget and it is still happening apparently every time someone goes to my blog I dont understand - when I told mail chimp they said that the cod must be some where but I only put it in that gadget and the removed it.
