How do I get help for a locked blog?

Hi - I was developing a new blog for about 4 hours, and when I went to rename a page suddenly my blog was locked for "violating the terms of service.' I pressed the request and 'appeal' button and soon received an email that my blog had a SPAM violation. It gave me no more information than that. My blog was only about 4 pages containing a list of history books with a Link to Amazon to open a window showing the book on Amazon,com. I can't see how this violates any spam rules. Can someone tell me if there is anything more I can do to either unlock the blog or at least retrieve the content of the pages so I can move it to another blog hosting service?
