Problem with miniature photo in the new post

Hi all, Could someone please help me with the technical problem? When someone wants to see my new post in his/her blog, there is no little miniature PHOTO in my new post. I usually used to have it there, but now I have there only the name of my blog, the contents of the new post and NO PHOTO.
