Need to change e-mail to access my blog.

Hi. I have a blog which uses E-mail accounts which I no longer have access 
to in order to log in, How can I get access to my blog to set the new 
e-mail address to be able to continue using my blog? Every time I try the 
dashboard it directs me to a site which says I do not have any active 
blogs, the help topics direct me to recovery using the e-mail addresses to 
which I no longer have or can retrieve. Is there any way I can gain access 
to my blog?
