Also, how do we increase the quota, as the script will hit the ceiling of 
10 000 daily requests. Doesn't seem to be an option to actually pay for an 
increased quota, even though registrered as a paying customer från Google 
Cloud Platform.

Apparently one should contact a Brett Morgan directly as the quota request 
form seems to be disabled. But how do you contact him directly?
