I can strongly recommend several online resources:

   - Khan Academy's computer programming section
   <https://www.khanacademy.org/computing/computer-programming> has
   introductions to JavaScript, SQL, and the like,
   - Coursera.org <https://www.coursera.org/> and Udacity.com
   <https://www.udacity.com/> both have courses covering most of the above,
   - Stack Overflow <http://stackoverflow.com/> has an unending amount of
   questions and answers about pretty much everything.
