Unable to submit a Blogger gadget

Hello

I'm trying to submit a gadget for a commercial service (
https://inditip.com/#blogger).

The gadget is hosted at 

   https://plugins.inditip.com/inditip-blogger.xml

This is what I have tried:

1. Signed into the correct Blogger account (i.e. the one I'm posting this 
message using)
1. Visited https://www.blogger.com/gadget-submit.do
2. Entered the URL to the XML file into the input field "Gadget URL"
3. Clicked "Submit"

, upon which I get the error "An unknown error occured. Please try again."

Am I doing anything wrong
