Would like to post on Blogger Development Group

Hello,

I posted a topic on the Blogger Help Forum, but was advised to post it on the Development Group instead. I did try to post on the Development Group, but my posts did not show up there. Do I need prior authorisation to post on the Group? If so, I would be grateful if you would grant me authorisation to post on the Development Group.
