Answer to old comment for message in blog

Hello All! Anyone knows how I can answer to old comment in my blog? I have 5 month old comment. I need to give answer to user, but I can't, reply button is not shown for old comments. I am not able to send direct message to user even if I know url of the user profile like this: https://www.blogger.com/profile/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx How I can contact this user?
