Blogger API change request

Hi,

I developed an Blogger app for android 
(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bloggerpro.android) 
where i implemented almost every available functionality to interact with 
blogger.

Still, there are some features that should be possible and are not.
So, i would like to ask if it's possible to add the following features to 
the API:

- Reply to comments (we can only moderate them);
- API Hooks so we can implement push notifications for new comments or if a 
contributer creates a new post instead of pinging the api from time to time;
- The ability to sign up or create a blog from within the app (would help 
gather more users);
- Create a Picasa web album for a blog (currently we only have an album key 
for a blog if the upload is made by the web, otherwise there's not album, 
therefore we cannot add photos);
