why my blog was blocked

After a few days, the system blocked 2 of my old blogs about 
"polymethylsiloxane" and "dimethylsiloxane" https:// 
<https://svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.ru/>selikonovoe.blogspot.ru and https:// 
<https://svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.ru/>pms200.blogspot.ru. Since these are 
two similar fluids, then the description seems similar, can the system have 
blocked these two pages for this?

After some time I decided to create a new blog about plumbing in the Moscow 
region. That there would be more text in it. And created a blog: 
santekhnik-moskva.blogspot.ru. After that, the system blocked my old page 
about plumbing in Moscow https:// <https://svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.ru/>
ssantehnik.blogspot.ru. Although in both these pages are completely 
different text and structure? I immediately submitted the administration, 
the answer was no dosage.

After a while I registered a blog about welding in Moscow 
svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.kom I created a blog on welding (
https://svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.ru/) and then I was blocked by the old 
blog on plumbing (https:// <https://svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.ru/>
santekhnik-moskva.blogspot.ru). I did not even have time to fill in the new 
page, and the old page was already blocked.

And to this day I'm waiting for a response from the moderator

If there are errors in them, then they are unintentional. Explain to me 
what I was wrong in and give me the opportunity to correct it.

Сначала у меня заблокировали блог повещенный сантехнике в районе "Беговой": 
https:// <https://svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.ru/>santekhnik-begovoy.blogspot.ру 
, но я и сам хотел его удалить. Так что не обратил внимания.

Через несколько дней система заблокировала 2 моих старых блога о 
"полиметилсилоксане" и "диметилсилоксане" https:// 
<https://svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.ru/>selikonovoe.blogspot.ру и https:// 
<https://svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.ru/>pms200.blogspot.ру. Так как это две 
похожие жидкости то и описание похоже, может по этому система заблокировала 
эти две страницы? 

Еще через некоторое время я решил создать новый блог о сантехнике в 
Московской области. Что бы в нем было больше текста информации. И создал 
блог: santekhnik-moskva.blogspot.ру. После этого система заблокировала мою 
старую страницу о сантехнике в Москве ssantehnik.blogspot.ру. Хотя в обоих 
этих страницах совершенно разные текста и структура? Я сразу же подал 
апелляцию, ответа не было до сих пор.

Еще через время я зарегистрировал блог о сварке в Москве 
svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.ком и тут же у меня заблокировали старый блог по 
сантехнике https:// <https://svarshchik-moskva.blogspot.ru/>
santekhnik-moskva.blogspot.ru. Я даже не успел ни чего заполнить в новой 
странице, а старая страница была уже заблокирована.

И по сей день я жду ответа от модератора 

Если в них есть ошибки, то они ненамеренные. Объясните мне в чем я был 
неправ и дайте мне возможность исправить.
