Drop-down menu in dynamic views

My blog uses Blogger's dynamic views template (Sidebar). I’d like to add a 
drop-down menu for some of the pages. Is that possible?


This is my menu bar:

And, for example, I'd like to have a drop-down menu under Formación with 
three opctions:


- Metodología didáctica

- Recursos humanos

- Otros cursos


And the same for two more pages.
