COMMENT BOX not showing and does FACEBOOK comments work on blogger?

Hi there,

I was told to come over here from the normal blogger forum so I hope 
somebody will understand my query.

I accidentally deleted Disqus from my blog, but in a way, I wanted to 
remove it anyway because it was so glitchy it caused every comment to be 
authored by me and wouldn't change.

So what I am looking for help with is the following:


   1.  I allowed the normal blogger commenting box to be back on my blog 
   temporarily but it is showing on some posts and not others, I have no idea 
   why?
   2. I have followed instructions online to get Facebook as my commenting 
   system, is this not available for blogger? It didn't work.
   3. Will blogger ever offer hosting I have my own domain and in the 
   future would really prefer not to move to WordPress for my own peace of 
   mind (blogs been going since 2006) if anyone knows the developers I am more 
   than happy to pay a yearly rate to protect my blog and have greater 
   creative freedom 
   4. I would like to make my blog okay for INSTANT ARTICLES for Facebook, 
   but all the instructions I have read for blogger state I need to set my 
   blogs to full feed, which would wreck the appearance of my blog (aka no 
   'read more') is this necessary?

I am not a designer or someone with a lot of HTML knowledge, but with clear 
instructions can get by.
