New to Blooger and I feel lost!

Hi Guys, I am new to blogger. How do I follow someone and read other blogs 
that similar to mine. I am writing about mothers, fathers, siblings or 
anyone who may feel lost or want to share experiences in taking care of a 
child with special needs. Thanks
