How do I create a summary page with thumbnail images for blogger categories?

Hi, is it possible to install a widget that creates a summary of categories 
with thumbnail image? I know this is possible to add a plugin in WordPress 
that does it automatically for you, like in this blog: 
http://thedecoratedcookie.com/category/crafts/

But not sure how to go about doing this in Blogger?
