problem tons and capital letters

Hi there
I want to inform you (somebody must do that) and must know it
that in Greek language we dot have tons on capital letters. 
This is a very big issue coz if i remove tones from capital letters, 
then on labels, on the adress line, or else, am not going to have them.

must be like this ΠΟΙΟΣ ΕΙΝΑΙ Ο ΠΑΡΑΜΑΧΑΝΣΑ ΝΙΤΙΑΝΑΝΤA
with out tones

now if you choose the label Βέδες on the side bar
you are going to have this   Β΄ΕΔΕΣ 
which is not alloed
its not correct
