Blogger Conditional tags for mobile only

Hello Blogger experts...I have bean searching through out the day on Google about blogger Conditional tags that will show widget only on Mobile but I can't find one till now. My blog Responsive template has been a trouble to me cos I try out this tags 1: Mobile="only" 2: <b:if cond='data:blog.isMobile == "only"'>Content</b:if> But still not working for me, though my blog template is not a default blogger template....
