remove comment author URL

I'd like to remove the link to the comment author URLs on the comment 
author names for all comments on my blogger blog.  I've found several sites 
claiming to have solutions, but none seem to work.  It seems that my 
attempts to edit my blog's them get overridden somehow.  Is there a way to 
do this?  Thanks.
