How to redirect my blog to new URL?

Hello Sir/Mam,

Recently i have changed my blog address from 
"https://hackerzhacking.blogspot.com" to 
"https://hackerzyard.blogspot.com". So, can you help me to set redirection?
Because blogger didn't redirect to new url.
