How to make Dropdown menu and submenu and later make posts?

Hi,

I would like to create a dropdown menu in *http://cookwellrecipes.*
blogspot.se/ <http://cookwellrecipes.blogspot.se/>. I would like make many 
posts in each of submenu. can you please suggest me how to make it.
