The latest version of my Mac blog editing app, MarsEdit, lets customers download the entire backlog of posts from a blog. I have a customer with over 8000 Blogger posts who is unable to download their posts because as my app repeatedly requests more and more posts at increasing offsets, it eventually fails with a 500 Status response and the vague error: "Internal error: bX-st07jb". My app defaults to downloading posts 25 at a time, so this might be a situation where Blogger is shutting me down for too many consecutive requests. Is this limit documented? It seems like I am getting shut down sometime around 3000-4000 posts in, so probably after 100-150 requests to /feeds/[blogid]/posts/default/. The funny thing is after the failure I can connect again and still get through a bunch of requests before being rejected again. What's my best strategy for avoiding this kind of rejection from the Blogger API? Thanks!
