Internal Server Error with posts/bypath API

Hello :)
In my application I want to use the posts/bypath API. But Approximily 50% 
of my requests results in 500 internal server error with the message: null.
The same problem was discussed in this thread:

Even if I try the endpoint in the Blogger-API-Reference I received ~50% 500 
errors.
Has anybody found a solution in the meantime?
