If you are using a custom domain, then when the custom domain is not 
renewed, access to your blog will fail as DNS entries will be canceled by 
the domain provider.
Your blog will continue to exist in Blogger as long as at least one valid 
administrator account is listed on the blog.
If you are the only administrator on the blog and your account is 
terminated, then your blog will then be deleted.
