[Bug Report] Blogger HTTPS Behavior Issue

Hi, I have a blog at TechQuark.com and https setting for the same is given at the end of this post. The issue is with the redirects : (1) http://www.techquark.com -> redirects to http://www.techquark.com (2) techquark.com / www.techquark.com -> doesn't redirect to secured version and opens up as http://www.techquark.com. This seems to be a bug, please check.
